Art making can be a powerful experience which offers a space for quiet reflection and sometimes meaningful insights can occur. It is always sensible to practice self-care and to progress at your own pace when you encounter thoughts and feelings which may be evoked during art making.
By taking part in the sessions you acknowledge responsibility for your emotional health and safety. This workshop supports good mental health and relaxation, but it is not therapy.
